AccuCast SS455 Mortar Mix is a specially formulated job-site added mortar admixture which reduces rain water penetration and efflorescence in mortar. AccuCast SS455 Mortar Mix will not adversely affect other properties such as board life or bond strength when used in conjunction with low permeability brick or water repellent concrete block produced with AccuCast SS455. Excellent water penetration resistance for the total masonry system can be obtained for ASTM E514 standard test method for water penetration and leakage through masonry. AccuCast SS455 Mortar Mix can be used in portlandlime or masonry cement mortars.
