"I have personally been working with Doug Wittler and Mike McKown for 4 years. Their expertise in the most current concrete technologies has repeatedly helped me to provide my clients and employees with the most up-to-date concrete construction practices. They continually make themselves readily available to support all of our concrete technology needs.
Doug Wittler has supported my projects on many facets. In the pre-construction phase, his extensive knowledge of the concrete industry allows me to evaluate what products are available to provide my clients with the highest quality and most cost effective concrete construction practices. On several occasions, Doug's insight has helped me to produce successful proposals for projects. He has also helped me to utilize new and cutting edge technology to execute challenging concrete construction projects. In the unfortunate instance that there are problems on a project, Doug has been able to support my project teams with analysis and repair suggestions to help remediate the situation for my clients. No matter how difficult the task, Doug is always able to provide support and insight to my projects.
Mike McKown has provided support to my teams both in the field and in the office. His experience in the industry is utilized to provide training and support to our project teams. Mike's abilities truly become apparent during the construction phase. His hands on support in the field and in the batch plant help to ensure the projects he is involved with move forward in an efficient manner. I have been most impressed by the effort that he exerts to insure that a quality product is consistently produced for a project. Having Mike on my jobsite adds a dedicated concrete consultant to my project team.
The efforts of Doug, Mike, and the rest of the Premiere team were a major influence on our decision to use Self Consolidating Concrete on one of our current projects. The structural concrete "stacking tube"is congested with embedded frames and reinforcing steel. We debated constructing the structure with conventional concrete mixes and consolidation methods. In the end, the past successes with Doug and Mike prompted us to confidently decide to use the SCC mix in the construction of this structure."

"Premiere Concrete Admixtures has been extremely helpful to us with their technical assistance. Bill Maize helped us obtain the US 24 project, and assists in the quality control of pours that require meeting difficult challenges. Premiere has a complete line of products that meet all our needs; they're a great company to work with, we're lucky to have them in our industry."
- Drew Shindler, Baker-Shindler Ready Mix

"In 2007 John Carlo, Inc. of Michigan made the switch to Premiere Concrete Admixtures. The switch was made partly due to Premiere's product variety and commitment to adjust to our changing needs. John Carlo, Inc. has learned first hand that the industry's new approach to concrete mixture compatibility has made admixture flexibility a very important component concrete production. In recent years we have seen air entrainment dosage rates with some low slump mixes double and even triple and Premiere has been able to keep our dosage rates manageable with respect to quality, cost, and productivity. Real time AVA testing shown a quality air system in our slip-form paving mixes and the independent operator of Michigan's AVA commented Premiere's ProAir 260 posted some of the best numbers he had seen in three years of testing. John Carlo, Inc. is convinced that Premiere is positioned to be one of the leaders in this ever-changing industry."
- Jason Fowler, Quality Control Manager, John Carlo Paving
"The Tampa airport project has gone quite well. We have experienced consistent air contents and strength throughout the project. Premiere Concrete Admixtures was very responsive to our needs in finding the right admixture to fit with the local materials. The Admixture trailer Premiere supplied was designed to meet all our needs; it incorporates self containment, and is capable of quick tear down and set up. Each trailer is interchangeable with all our plants enhancing our flexibility. Premiere’s attention to service and product quality helps ensure our projects success."
- Paul Selesky, Ajax Paving Vice President Concrete Operations
"The initial start of the project brought many challenges to us from quick turnaround on the precasting of the segments to stringent water-cement ratios and testing requirements. Each and every load of concrete that was delivered to the Glass City Skyway project was tested before it was allowed to be placed and sets of cylinders made every 50 yards. Bill's expertise and knowledge made for a flawless multi-year project. He spent countless hours, days and nights lending assistance to the project and through his efforts strengthened his integrity within the Ohio DOT. Without the ideas and creativity presented to us by Bill we could not have had such a successful project."
